The companion CD-ROM contains the entire text of SCDTL, both program code and explanations, including many sections of calendar details that are not in the printed book. A more detailed Table of Contents for the text on the CD is found in the first text chapter, in file ch_01.txt. |

The SCDTL source code is also provided separately on the CD, with each of the fifty header files and the 462 functions residing in its own file. Use the concordances in Appendix A to cross reference function names with filenames. |
