The companion CD for Standard C Date/Time Library includes a dynamic link library (SCDTL.DLL), developed by Dan Bock for Windows 95 and Windows NT, compiled using Visual C++ 4.0. This DLL can be called as any other Windows API from development environments such as Visual C++, Visual Basic, and Delphi. Also included are the function declaration modules for Visual Basic (SCDTL.BAS) and Delphi (SCDTL.PAS).
These DLL files have not been subjected to the same sorts of output tests as were the original SCDTL functions. For the DLLs, the C functions were assumed to have been proven by the DTLT tests, so only the DLL functions calls and parameter passing were tested.
Note that commercial use of the DLL code requires a license, as described in the Preface on page iii.
