Description:

The purpose of this tutorial is to show you how to create and load a dialog
box. To create a dialog box, go the insert, resource, and pick dialog box.
Then edit the dialog box as you wish and give it a name that you can remember.
Next to display the dialog box in the window, for example a font dialog box,
you would add an object to a dialog box in the menu item code and then call
the objects DoModal() function to display the dialog box. And thats it.
Your dialog box class needs its own message map and any code for any buttons
that your dialog uses. Easy right? If you create your resources using the
resource editor and not a text editor, you might have to send in MAKEINTRESOURCE().
For example when passing the DialogMenu name in the create function you would do
MAKEINTRESOURCE(DialogMenu) instead of "DialogMenu". Thats if you used the
resource editor. I used a text editor which takes up more time and is harder
but at the time thats all I knew.
