Welcome to the Windows API Guide! This site attempts to explain how to use various functions in the 32-bit Windows API, with code written in Visual Basic 5.0. For a more detailed introduction to this site, please read the site introduction. If you are new to Windows API programming altogether, you should read the API Introduction first. You may also need to refer to the definition of terms if you don't understand some terms used in this guide. This site is nowhere near being complete -- it doesn't have information on many of the functions. It is updated somewhat regularly with new functions, however. All of the functions and data structures which have been added since the last update are marked with NEW in the listings below.

Please note that it is a direct violation of the copyright of this site to distribute this zip file yourself!
