Here's some VC++ source code for a decent conversion program.  The program needs some work as I have abandoned its development in VC++ in favor of VB.  If I remember correctly, the program needs work in the input box so that it auto-highlights the text when clicked into as well as some input validation.  The rest of the program seems to be in order.

Below are some notes on InfoMgr:
A link warning ("LINK : warning LNK4089: all references to "SHELL32.dll" discarded by /OPT:REF") is produced when compiled. This is a warning concerning the fact that I chose to use the MFC as a statically linked library instead of choosing the shared .dll option.  If you don't like the warning, deselect the option of using the "Use MFC in a Static Library" in the Project Settings.
