thx alot for replying me but still i didnt have the answer for the main question which is how to access file and to read & write in it plz can u tell me this too

ya i did i installed it from CD we took it from our lab and my friend installed it and it installed with all the folders ,,, and i did that from same CD but i only got these two files ... so can i know what is the wrong now in it ?
