Hii all

i note that most enterprise and company are using webforms (asp.net) to control and admin the information inside the database of the company

and they are not using winforms (visual basic) for this

i am visual basic .net programmer and i am thinking to go to asp.net my question is

why the company and the enterprises using webforms (asp.net) and they dont use webforms (winforms) ??

and i think that desgin webpages is hard and desgin winforms ( visual basic ) is easy what do you think

Hi,

there are many reasons for using WebForms

think in a situation like you want to access your application from any where in your organization

i windows application you need to install the client everywhere to be able to use your application

in web froms you just point to the server that host this application

this is an important situation "Access from any where"

بالنسبة لسؤالك, لك منهما مساوء ومحاسن , ولعل افضل ما يميز ال ASP.NET هو انك تضع البرنامج في مكان واحد وتنسى موضوع الكلاينت ,حيث أنهم لا يحتاجون سوى إلى اتصل انترنت أو شبكة داخلية وإلى متصفح للانترنت من أجل العمل على البرنامج , بينما البرامج الأخرى اللي بتستخدم winform فعليك أن تعمل تنصيب للبرنامج في كل كلاينت وهذا متعب بشكل كبير جداااااا
