اريد ان أعرف كيفية عمل الكود لارسال رسالة للموبايل (sms) ؟

لكني اظن ان الكود يحتاج الى تدعيم بمكتبة معينة اليس كذلك اخي الكريم

طبعا اخي سوبر بس بدي اعرف هيدي الكود يوضع في صفحة ويب والا في الفيجوال بيزك عادي يا ريت جحد يفهمنا لو سمحتوا .... وايه المكتبة المستخدمة او المراده لتشغيل الكود وايه السيرفر الا بيقدر من خلاله اتمام عملية الارسال وهل هو سيرفر مجاني ام يحتاج الي تسجيل وفلوس وكلام من ده ....!!!!!! ؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟
