Hospital contains (hospital_ID, hospital_name,fax_number, website)

hospital_ID= primary key

Table(2)

HospitalPhone contains(hospital_ID,phone_number)

Both r primary keys

Q= I want 2 display each hospital with its phonenumbers with out repetetion

i used this stmt but i dont want each hospital 2 be displayed more than once.

stmt

sql text1= " SELECT a.hospital_name, a.fax_number, b.phone_number from hospital a , hospitaphone b WHERE a.hospital_ID = b.hospital_ID AND a.hospital_ID = " & list hosname.getvalue "

Department contains ( hospital_ID , Dep_ID, Dep_ name)

Hospital_Id , Dep_Id= primary key

Q= I have an advance search wich will choose a certain department along with other fields,

each hospital have many departments, so when i want 2 dispaly the hospital departments it will have repetion , what can i do??

Q= when i write an SQL stmt with 3 conditons using and operator ,it gives me an error how can i write it ??
