Update Statment Error

انا كتبتب الكود ده لعمل أبديت للجريد

يعطي لي مشكلة بجمله الابدييت

        string sql = "update  IdentityType set IdentityType_Name='"+ row.Cells[5].Text    +"' , Remarks '"+   row.Cells[6].Text;

أرجو المساعدة ولكم جزيل الشكر
