توضيح طريقة عمل Client Socket

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته ..

إذا ممكن مساعده في شرح هذا البرنامج لأني جديدة في برمجة الجافا .. والشبكات .. عرفت عمل بعض الكلاسات ولازال الكثير ينقصني
