السلام عليكــم ورحمـة الله وبركاتــه

bonjour

dell system Optiplex

j'ai un vrai probleme dans mon pc il afffiche ce message :

sata primary drive 0 not found

primary drive 0 not found

primary drive 1 not found

secondary drive 1 not found

strike the F1 to continue,F2 to run the setup utility

et lorsque je veut le formater il arrive des le debut et affiche un message indique que le disque dur inconnu et ne peut pas continuer l'instalation de windows et il faut consulte un cd d'apres le fabricant

et apres quant je fait un redemarage de pc il affiche plus de message ci-dessus NTLDR suprime

svp si vous avez une idees sur ce probleme l'envoyez moi c'est tres urgent et meme je suis bloqué mon travaille a cause ce probleme

mon PC est un vieux Dell OptiPlex gx270 Series

كيف حدث هذا الأمر

أقصد كيف بدأ

هل فجأة أصبحت غير قادر على أن تصنع تهيئة للهارد ؟؟

كيف حدث هذا أول مرة

أرجو أن تكتب بالعربية لكونى لا أعرف فرنسية

و للعلم هذا مخالف لقواعد الكتابة

اولا ياخي العزيز كما قيل هذا يدعى المنتدى العربي للبرمجة .

ثانيا حاول هذا :

The Unknown device in your BIOS is your optical drive. Its fairly rare to happen but your drive has apparently corrupted its firmware or is otherwise not communicating with the bios.

Your best next step is to find a known good IDE cable, maybe the one from your harddrive, replace the one on your optical with the known good cable, power on and go to the bios to see if it is properly detected. If so then your cable is bad (yes it can happen on PCs that haven't been moved and worked fine) if it still shows unknown then the firmware or the controller (on the drive) is toast and you need a new drive.
