I'm looking for help with a project i have to made for my exam, notice i just started the education in c# .net from 2 months and they give us very big project that we don't know anything about how to make it !!!
actually its 2 projects one for database and xml, the second is for c#. its better if we merge the poth projects in one.
Im looking for some one to start with me step by step to make this project (i prefer in yahoo messenger chat, so we can talk live)

The assignment for data base and xml:
You work for the real estate agency, Better Homes. You want your customers to be able to see the real estate you offer. This data is stored in a database. You also want to show what three other real estate agents have on offer. You get this information in the form of XML files and their associated DTDs.
Requirements:
• The database must be normalized to the third degree
• The database must connect the real estate with the owners (only employees can see information about the owners)
• The database should also display information about the local area
• Searches for real estate results in lists with small pictures and basic information. Detailed information and large pictures on each piece of real estate should be displayed when clicked.
• Save viewing (potential buyers that visit the real estate on sale) statistics in the database. An owner can have more than one house. (only employees can see this information)
• Save online view statistics in the database (only employees can see this information)
• Use one or more trigger
• Use one or more stored procedures
• You must demonstrate the use of XML validation
The solution can be integrated with your solution for Web Programming and Networks if you take that class as well.
The assignment for c#:
You have been assigned to produce a module that handles personnel and customer data. The module should function as part of an online web application for the real estate agency, Better Homes.
There are two types of personnel: administrators and ordinary employees. Only administrators can change personnel data. Regular employees cannot. Customers can change their own data; however, they cannot change their phone numbers and what properties they have for sale. The module is also used to verify user for the entire web application which includes other modules.
Requirements backend:
The system must be object oriented
Inheritance should be used
You should use the model-view-control patterns and/or other relevant patterns
The system must have a web interface
Your data must be true to life; however, exceptions can be made in cases where it will make the system much too complicated
Data must be persistent

• The design of the website has to be attractive and with a considered design where
the communication is clear and relevant with sender, audience, media and all users groups taken into account.
• The design of the website must observe principles of layout, typography, and gestalt laws.
• The colors, imagery and aesthetics must be based on analysis and follow a coherent concept.
