ما المقصود بBusiness Flow, Document Flow, Business Role؟

when i tryning to look at the forum , ive seen a lot of pages but none talking about BPM ,just this topic my freind i m sorry to write in english because ,i msorry also because i m good in french rather than english its my third language ,i m sorry to not give alot of importance for mistakes in this text but

you are talking about business process management wich is a discipline that try to combine people ,systems and let them work together in a synchronizing way ,think in processes in a business ,the same processess used in quality in business to get certification or ISO , ok then think that a process in a company wich combines people and system can be automatiezed, a process is series of tasks done by people in a simoultanous way to acheive a business goal,a series of activity that can be desribed by a n activity diagram in UML and then
