تلوين الحقول في DbGrid

الاخوة الكرام استخدمت هذا الكود في تلوين حقل في DbGrid

ولكن واجهتني مشكلة وهي اذا تم اضافة الحقول الى DbGrid من خلال محرر الحقول الخاصه بها فان الكود السابق لايعمل .

فما الحل جزاكم الله خير
