دوريات AMS الآن مجانيـة

إخواني الأفاضل..،

و صلتني هذه الرسالة من AMS للتنويه بأن النسخ الإلكترونية من دورياتها المعروفة قد أصبحت مجانية تماماً..

أحببت أن أشارككم بها، عسى أن ينتفع بها الباحثون في الرياضيات و علوم الحاسب..

Dear ...,

The AMS has posted a complete digital archive of its mathematical research journals. Over 34,000 articles are available from more than 100 years of high-quality mathematical research in the Journal of the AMS, Mathematics of Computation, Proceedings of the AMS, Transactions of the AMS, and Bulletin of the AMS. All back issues, starting with each journal's inaugural issue through 2005, are now freely available in electronic format. Researchers can browse the contents of each of the journals at http://www.ams.org/p...urnals/journals to find articles and authors in each volume and issue, and search across the entire archive by journal or group of journals at http://www.ams.org/joursearch/ . View the abstract, references (with links to MathSciNet), bibliographic information, and Mathematics Subject Classifications for each article or view a PDF of the full article. The digitization of the back issues of the Bulletin of the AMS from 1891 to 1991 was made possible with the generous support of the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation through a grant to the Mathematical Sciences Research Institute. The AMS makes the digitized archive of these other important research journals freely available to all mathematicians through the generosity of an anonymous donor.

La filosofia e scritta in questo grandissimo libro che continuamente ci sta aperto innanzi a gli occhi (io dico l’universo), ma non si pu o intender se prima non s’impara a intender la lingua e conoscere i caratteri ne’ quali e scritto. Egli e scritto in lingua matematica e i caratteri sono triangoli, cerchi, ed altre figure geometriche senza i quali mezi e impossibile a intenderne umanamente parola; senza questi e un aggirarsi vanamente per un oscuro laberinto.

لقد كُتبت الفلسفة في هذا الكتاب العظيم الذي يوجد دائماً أمام أعيننا (و أعني به الكون)، و لكن لا يمكن لأحدٍ أن يفهمه ما لم يتعلم في البدء حروفَ اللغة التي كُتب بها. لقد كُتب بلغة الرياضيات، و الحروف هي مثلثاتٌ و دوائر و أشكالٌ هندسية أخرى؛ بدون هذه اللغة يكون من المستحيل على البشر أن يفهموا و لو كلمة، بدون هذه اللغة نُمسي كمن يتخبطُ بلا هدى في متاهةٍ مظلمة.

جميل يادكتورنا :) بارك الله فيك وبارك لك

يطلعوا عنينا علشان يقبلوا أبحاثنا -مجانا- ويطلعوها تانى علشان نستطيع الحصول عليها منهم مره اخرى :)

اتمنى ان تتخذ باقى المجلات العلميه نفس الخطوة الجميله هذه.
