مشكلة فى OpenFileDialog

عندى مشكلة كالآتى يوجد عندى نموذج به OpenFileDialog عند فتح النموذج أول مرة وإستخدام OpenFileDialog يتم إستخدامه بطريقة سليمة ولكن عند فتح النموذج مرة ثانية يتم ظهور رسالة خطأ نصها كالآتى

Attempted to read or write protected memory. this is often an indication that other memory is corrupt

ما سبب هذه الرسالة مع العلم أن الكود كالآتى

If OpenFileDialog1.ShowDialog = Windows.Forms.DialogResult.OK Then
                Dim strFilePath As String = OpenFileDialog1.FileName
                          End If
