how can I implement a function that takes( two integers )and extracts a byte from a word(32 bits) . assuming that the byte withen a word are ordered from 0 (least significant) to 3 (most significant)...? :rolleyes:
NOTE:just use the { ! , ~ , & , ^ , | , + , << , >> } operations .
