السلام عليكم آخواني الآغزاء
يوجد لدي عدة آسآلة بالنسبة لا CGI
غي هذا الآسبوع كانت تظهر لدينا العديد من المشاكل داخل صفحة الآنترنت وهي عند ارسال استفسار يظهر لدينا هده الرسالة
علماً بأن الصفحة تم استخدام لغة asp.net
و ايضاً PHP
وقد قمنا بإرسال رسالة إلى فسم تكنولوجيا المعلومات لمعرفة ما هي المشكلة لقد قامو بالرد علينا بهذا البريد الإلكتروني
We investigate the issue below and found that, some pages hanging when it’s open give CGI error, just we rest IIS then it is working fine.
Which means some functions on the server is not working probably and that may be because source code of this page is calling a script or running a program not match CGI requirement or may be system call fail while the server is trying to set up the CGI process environment because of problem of file descriptors or file permission,…etc
Since Marketing responsibility is to develop and manage web site source code , IT responsibility is to administration web server and to take backup, I am suggesting to provide Marketing one week administration permission on server for checking and adjusting the CGI programs that used on web site source code and to be matched with the server configuration.
