جافا في الفورم

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

اريد المساعدة في اضافة مكون جافا للفورم

وجدت في موقع امثلة وملفات جاهزة ونزلتتها واتبعت الخطوات المذكورة لكن لم يتنفذ
