السوال الاول..
Basically any system that lacks integrity should have its confidentiality questioned. Now that is only a general answer. Without knowing the what kind of system we are talking about, You can only get a generalized answer.
So the answer is No. There cannot be sufficient confidentiality where there is a lack in integrity.
This would apply to network systems, database systems, and computer systems as well.
بالنسبه للسؤال الثاني..
No, it cannot. Without integrity any information on the system is open to being comprimised. So it can't really guaruntee confidentiality if the information is open to being obtained by an intruder.
