webpage has resulted in too many redirects

أرجو منكم المساعدة.. لماذا يظهر لي الخطأ أعلاه؟ هذا هو الكود.. ولاحظت عندما أحذف try..catch..finally كل شئ يعمل على ما يرام.. فما المشكلة؟
