More Partitions for the hard disk in XP home edition

I have on my computer Windows XP home edition, and the hard disk is one partition. I need to make more partitions to the hard disk without reformating. How can I do that?

Can I use the disk management in the administrative tools to make more partitions?.

In no, could the Magic Partition do this? And how?
