استخدام prepareStatement لاضافة Row عن طريق (ResultSet Object) ؟

السلام عليكم اخوتي

اريد استخدام prepareStatement لادخال قيم لجدول في قاعدة البيانات عن طريق ResultSet كالأتي

public static void insert (ResultSet rs)
{
     // connecting to database over the driver (not important part for me)
     // intializing the PreparedStatement.
     // passing the ResultSet object (rs) to PreparedStatement (Without writing any SQL Queries, this the important part for me)
     // executing the PreparedStatement
}
