مشكله فتح سجل محدد

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

عندي مربعات نص عند الفتح يضهر لي اول سجل بالجدول ما اريده هو تحديد كل مربع نص ماذا يفتح من سجل

هذا الكود المحطوط
