In program #5 we will be using the following new concepts:

Reading from an external data file

Program Assignment:

Write a program that counts the number of times a given word (provided by the user) appears in an external data file. The inputs from the keyboard are the given word and the name of the file that contains a paragraph of sentences. If any word is longer than 10 characters, it is treated as though it is 10 characters long (i.e., words that have the same first 10 characters are treated the same – and are not unique).

Please keep in mind that the word may have punctuation following it in your external data file. This must be excluded when you perform your comparison (i.e., “hello” should match with “hello!” and “hello?”). Also, words that are capitalized should also match (i.e., “hello” should match with “hello” and “Hello” equally well).

Requirements: Write at least 1 function with arguments in this program. Do not use any global variables. Use at least one array of characters.
