IN Run command type :winpopup
after that select first one for username and system name
second one for the domain users
and just press send button

net send * your message
يمكنك استخدام * للارسالها لكل المستخدمين او كتابه اسم مستخدم محدد مكان ال *

هذا بالنسبه للويندوز ,
بالنسبه للينكس يمكنك استخدام طريق ال Wall
