Can anybody help me on this attachment file
1-Program is to read a file of student names and marks - ( Marks.txt.) The marks
will be represented as an array of floats
2-Design and implement an algorithm to calculate the average mark for each student.
3-Design and implement an algorithm to sort the students into an order of merit based on their average marks with the student with the highest average mark first, the next highest second, and the student with lowest average mark last.
