استعادة الايميل

حاول تغيير كلمه السر و السؤال والجواب السريين

مشكور أخي ..... بس مو هاد الحل اللي ممكن يساعدني لأن الهاكر السارق غير كل المعلومات الخاصة باشتراكي

اتوقع انه لديك حل من اثنين.

1) اتصال ب MSN وشرح المشكلة واعطاؤهم معلومات عن هذا الشئ

2) عمل ايمل جديد

أساذ راكان ...... كان في لينك لمايكروسوفت مخصص لهيك حالات بس غيروه .....

ممكن تعطيني أي ايميل لمايكرو سوفت بيساعدني بحالتي ؟؟

كثرت في الآونة الأخيرة سرقة الايميلات والنسيان ...... والمشكلة ان السبب في فقدان أو سرقة الايميل هي ظهور العديد من البرامج المخصصه لسرقه الإيميل وهي التي تقوم بإرسال ملفات التجسس عن طريق الماسنجر أو الايميل وعندما تستقبلها تقوم بسرقة جميع كلمات السر من على جهازك سواء للإيميل أو حتى إشتراكك في الانترنت وهناك ايضا برامج تقوم بتخمين كلمات السر وأصبح الجميع قادر على سرقت الايميلات وليس فقط الهاكرز كما كان في السابق.

لذا يجب تغيير كلمة السر للأيميل إلى حروف وأرقام وعلامات أو شرطات كالتالي b89_hy6_u9s لكي يصعب على برامج التخمين الحصول على كلمة السر.

أما بالنسبة للأخوان اللي أنسرقت ايميلاتهم او فقدوا كلمة السر فهناك طريقة سهلة ومجربه وناجحة 100% بدون برامج وبدون تعب كل ماعليك فعله هو التالي:

تقوم بإرسال رسالة إلى شركة الهوتميل وهو

service_x@hotmail.com

وتكتب عنوان الرسالة:

PW VERIFICATION INFO ENCLOSED

وتملأ هذا النموذج

first mane : أسمك الأول

- last mane : أسمك الأخير

- Sign-in name : ايميلك المسروق

- Country/region : الدولة

- State : المدينه

- Zip or postal code : رقم الكود(رقم كود السعودية966)

- Approximate date of last successful sign-in or approximate date of account registration : تاريخ آخر يوم فتحت إيميلك

- The name of your ISP :

- As many "old" outdated passwords you used in the past as you can remember وهنا تكتب كلمات السر القديمة التى تتذكرها

وبعد الإنتهاء ....تقوم بإرسالها

وستصلك هذه الرساله مباشره بعد ارسال المعلومات هذا نصها

ولايفوتنى ان انبه انه بعد استرجاع ايميلك ان تتخذ الخطوات الاتيه:

1 - تغيير السؤال السرى والدوله المسجل بها .

2 - تغيير كلمة السر كما وضحت سابقا وحفظ التغييرات فى مفكره خارجية حتى لا يسرق مرة أخرى.

3 - إنشاء مجلدين جديدين في الحساب وتسميتهم باسماء تحفظونها .

فذكر اسم هذان المجلدان يساعد في عملية استعادة البريد المسروق

كما أن الهكرز لا ينتبه للمجلدات بل يركز على السؤال السري والمعلومات الشخصية في الغالب......

السلام عليكم

أحدهم غير كلمة السر الخاصة بي على الياهو

حاولت استخدام خدمة استعادة الباسوورد، لكن الياهو يقول ان المعلومات غير صحيحة.

لدى بريد آخر قمت بتسجيله، كبريد متردد في حالة ضياع الاول،

طبعا الياهو يطلب منك هذا اثناء التسجيل

وأريد الان من الياهو ارسال كلمة السر على بريد الثاني المسجل في بيانات البريد المسروق.

لكن بدون ان يسألني الياهو اي أسئلة.

هل يمكن؟

او على الاقل هل هناك اي محاولة، ولو على الاقل لاستعادة نسخة من عناوين اصدقائي المسجلة عليه؟

ما هي هذه الرسالة وكيف يمكن التغلب عليها؟

معنى هذه الرسالة ان الياهوو قد اغلق ايميلك لحمايته من السرقة

حيث تقوم شركة الياهوو بتجميد الايميل في حالة محاولة ادخال كلمة سر خاطئة أكثر من مرة و قد تم استغلال هذه الثغرة من قبل في عمل برنامج لغلق الايميل لمدة 12 ساعة

اخوان انا عندي نفس المشكلة لكن ايميلي لم يتم سرقته لكن انا نسيت الباسوورد وعندي كل المعلومات لكن لا اعرف الايميل البديل وعندما ارسلتلهم اخبروني بانه يجب استخدام نموذج
