بس أنا سمعت انها لازم تكون في مختبرات تابعة لشركة ريدهات

أفيدونا أفادكم الله

من الافضل الآن أن تهتم بالتعلم أكثر من اهتمامك بالشهادة.

حاول أن تعرف المواضيع التي تتكلم عنها الشهادة ثم ادرسها مع نفسك وبهذا تكون قد امتلكت الشهادة حتى قبل أن تأخذها.

طيب سؤال صغير يا اخوانى وارجو ان اجد الاجابه عندكم

انا عندى تعليم الكورس الخاص بـ RHCE والشرح على RH9 طبعا انا اريد ان ابدا من حيث انتهى الاخرون وليس من البداية

حسنا الان انا محتار بعد ان انقسم اللينكس الى فيدورا وريدهات ادفانسد سيرفر اى من التوزيعتين يمكننى ان اطبق شرح هذا الكورس عليهم بالضبط؟ ارجو ان اكون قد اوضحت سؤالى جيدا وجزاكم الله خيرا على سعة صدركم

احم اعتقد انى طرحت سؤال من اسبوع

لا يوجد فرق بين الريدهات والفيدورا.

ولكن الريدهات الخاص بالسيرفرات فلا أعلم عنه شيء.

ولكن أعتقد أن RHCE لها عدة درجات، وكل درجة لها دراستها.

فيمكن أن تبدأ معك من PC إلى أن تصل لل server

1. How does the release of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3 affect RHCE and other classes offered by Red Hat?

With the release of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3, Red Hat and its training partners will begin using it for Red Hat training classes and certification exams. This change will take place at different times in different locales. All US RHCE classes given by Red Hat will be conducted on Red Hat Enterprise Linux by December 1, 2003.

RH-302 Red Hat Linux Certification (RHCE)

RHCE Certification and Training Intro

The Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) is the most prestigious Linux certification. This advanced level certification is aimed at IT professionals who possess significant systems administration experience and knowledge in a UNIX or Linux environment.

RHCE certification indicates that the person has passed a realistic performance-based lab exam that tests his/her ability to: install and configure Red Hat Linux; understand limitations of hardware; configure basic networking and file systems for a network; configure the X Window System; perform essential Red Hat Linux system administration; configure basic security for a network server; set up and manage common enterprise networking (ip) services for the organization, carry out server diagnostics and troubleshooting.

The RHCE certificate requires passing the RHCE Certification Lab Exam. The RHCE Certification Lab Exam is composed of three elements: a multiple choice test (1 hour); a server install and network services configuration lab (2 1/2 hours); and a diagnostics and troubleshooting lab (2 1/2 hours). The two performance based parts of the Lab Exam present realistic problems that require planning, diagnosis, and development of complete solutions.

There is no specific prerequisite for the RHCE, although a candidate can now take the Red Hat Certified Technician certification on the way to the RHCE. As well, a candidate should be “ready from a technical point of view for professional responsibilities in setting up, configuring, and managing a Red Hat Linux server running common enterprise networking services and security.”

The validity period for all RHCEs and RHCTs is now officially pegged to the release of the Enterprise product commercially available at the time certification was earned, and certification shall be current until after one (1) major release of the Enterprise product. All RHCEs earned on Red Hat Linux 7.3 or prior will be considered current until the release of Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS/ES/WS 4. All RHCEs and RHCTs earned on Red Hat Linux 8.0 or 9 will remain current until the release of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5. Validity and current status of an RHCE certificate will continue to be verified at Certification Central.
