From my experience, you need to start with your own website. This website should contains samples of your works and some good information about what you can do and how.. Some prices listings won't be bad here.

If you could be able to offer some ready to use pacjages and advertise them in the right electronic markets, that would be great... This can be considered as an important step in advertising in general.

Advertising. This is the most important step here... You can promote your own site in many ways: Cards (business cards i mean), Email Advertising, Banner Advertising, Advertising at Programmers Auctions... and so on.

From my own experience i believe this won't work in the Arab world. Rather it might work fully in the non-arab world.

After you establish your site (and samples) and make the advertising, you need to think about how to collect money and how to support customers (customers care)... Both need some advanced features to be provided on your site..
