you can use crystal report to printthe for - desighn the form in crystel report then send the paremeter to the crystal report.....

other solution you make the form by html then right this code it`s javascript window.print();

if you are using crystel report for LAN con you can you default print if you are using WAN con convert the page to pdf then you can print the form
