a simulation of a busy small airport with only one runway

the simulation is having two queues, one for landing and one for take off

design and implement a program in c++ with two runways,ther are two queues,one forlanding and one for take off. the policy is to make a fair distribution of load on the two runways using those queues. it means that if the last plane landing has used runway no.#1 the current landing plane should use runway no#2, and so on . the same is applied when taking off

implement the queue classusing linked list

a separate header file must be used for th queue class definition

use three significantly different values for the expeted no.# of arrivals or departures
