optimize ur code

How?

This is some General pieces of advice when you are targeting a limited resources device

1- Take care that the device has a limited memory (RAM) so don't declare large unused arrays or any unused objects

2- try to avoid nesting loops as much as you can because the device Microprocessor is very low in frequency about 150 Mhz in average

3- If you are forced to make loops try to optimize it by putting all independent code blocks out of the loop (The blocks that don't affect directly or indirectly by the loop counter)

4- if you have images in your application try to resize them as smaller as you can because large resolution images will have the same shape as small ones because of the small device screen but will have a very bad effect in performance everytime you load them.

4- Also if you are using sound files the advice of the bitrates is as same as the resolution for images, no need for big files with high bitrates which will have no considerable effect with the limited sound device in the pda

5- try to get benifit of the System APIs as much as you can because it saves more time and it is more optimized that you can imagine specially when you are using very high level language like VB.net the APIs usually is written in C++ so it is more effecient to call it to get benifit of its speed

6- Try to use the most effecient algorithms you can find to solve your problems specially in search, sorting, hashing, ...etc
