i have web site, hosted on unix server.
i work on mailing list, so i can send email from my mailing list to the users.
but that does not sucess, coz the server does not support SMTP server features.
and so to solve this problem, i must make program the send email by Socket.
PHP file, but the send mail must be done by socket.
can any one help me in that plz?

Can we have a look at the code so we can tell what server are you connecting to... what i know is that you can connect to any SMTP server via port 25 so if its not connecting or not communicating with the SMTProtocol then its probably not an SMTP server .
Just check you are connecting to the right server.
