You Can Delete from DataGrid if you use this code

DataSet11.Tables(0).Rows(DG.CurrentRowIndex).Delete()
       adapter.Update(DataSet11)
       DataSet11.AcceptChanges()

and u can update

    Try
            Me.BindingContext(DataSet11, "myTable").EndCurrentEdit()
            Me.OleDbConnection1.Open()
            Me.OleDbDataAdapter1.Update(DataSet11)
            DataSet11.AcceptChanges()
        Catch ex As Exception
            MessageBox.Show(ex.Message)
        Finally
            Me.OleDbConnection1.Close()
        End Try

in DataGraid Properties ( make datasource = Dataset . mytable)

GOOD LUCK

You can delete original row from DataSource

and write this line under delete method

DataGrid1.DataSource = @YourDataSourceObject

But we don't know how you use text file

you filling it in Array Or Collection Or DataSet

Or what?
