i have a problem with Vmware when i install WinXP service Pack 2
the Virtual Machine doesn't want to continue in loading the Windows XP virtual machine althought the ram of my VM is 256 and all the Winxp VMs work correctly .but as soon as i install the SP2 it stopped working and it work correctly after i uninstall the SP2 from the Safe mode because i can't go in Windows normal mode after i install SP2
انا مفيش مشكلة معاية خالص و مركب السيرفس باك 2 و شغال زي الفل اعتقد انه المشكلة في اجد الدرايفرات بتاعت الهاردوير بتاعك جرب تعمل ابجريد ليهم كلهم

نفس الشي .. انا شغال على الـ vmware بدون اي مشاكل .. مع SP2 .
ممكن اعرف اصدارة الـ Vmware اللي عندك..؟
ومعليش انت تقصد انه لما تنزل الـ sp2 على الـ guest ولا الـ host بتطلع المشكلة..؟

i mean my host operating system is Windows Server
2003 Enterprise
the version is--------------->>> Vmware GSX server ver 3.0
my problem not in my pc
i'm the host ------->>>>>>>> Win 2003 server
the guest ---------->>>>> Windows Xp SP2
when i install the SP2 on the VM "guest machine"
the vm does't want to continue in loading WinXp
it hangs but when i remove SP2 from the Guest machine it works correctly .
by the way . how to upgrade the hardware component on a VM machine ?
