to download the Microsoft Windows Defender
http://download.microsoft.com/download/e/d...owsDefender.msi
then download the file LegitCheckControl.rar
extract the file LegitCheckControl.dll
then replace the file (LegitCheckControl.dll) on your system32 directory
c:\windows\system32
with the new one
then
1. Start--> RUN
(write) net localgroup User/add
2. then click ok to run the program
3. Start---> RUN
(write) net localgroup Users/delete
2. then click ok to run the second program
then you can very easy install the Microsoft Windows Defender
