بالنسبه لل mod

إذا كنت تستخدم C# المرادف %

أما في الVB فهي نفس الشيء Mod

this is the code which i got from the government to validate the card number and i converted to C# but if i validate using the java it's ok.. but when i try with C# it's invalid...

Please help
