function لتصغير الصور

هذه function قمت باضافاتها وظيفتها تصغير الصور من نوع jpeg

ارجو ارائكم اذا كان فيها اخطاء وشكرا لكم

ملاحظات يجب انشاء ملفين

احدهما يحمل اسم pics

والاخر يحمل اسم thumbs
